Lovely building, we really liked the nicely decorated and super clean rooms. Breakfast had heaps of food options like milk, fresh bread, cereal, and pastries. 🌟

The family room with a very nice shower in a huge bath was the best. We enjoyed having coffee and a kitchenette area. Several times we were provided with coffee, tea, milk, slices of fresh bread, and cereal for breakfast.

This hotel is conveniently located near the heart of the city, within walking distance to Poole town centre and the beautiful harbour. Just down the road, there is a Co-op where you can grab some cold drinks. The rooms are spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The owners are welcoming and accommodating, allowing guests to use the communal kitchen and dining room, where they provide breakfast items such as toast, cereals. There is ample parking available as well.

Some guests have suggested that the bathroom could benefit from having a grab rail for easier access to the wide bath.

The venue is clean and spacious with friendly staff members. The rooms are a good size, bright, and come with a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a television. We would definitely recommend this place to friends.

The rooms at this period house were spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The ensuite bathrooms were a bonus, especially with the option of having a bath. The use of a kitchen and dining room was convenient, and the variety of cereals and breads for breakfast was unexpected but enjoyable. The host, Sue, was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations and making the stay enjoyable.

While the rooms were great, I personally would have preferred a king size bed instead of a double. the location was a bit difficult to find due to the confusing one-way system and dead ends in the area, which the sat nav couldn't pick up.
